How can I shop online from MomzLove?

Shopping on MomzLove is easy, search, compare and buy. In each department, you can search for a product by category, price, age, brand, gender or size. If you can’t make up your mind you can compare up to eight products by price or specifications. You can also read what real customers think, as many of our products have been reviewed and rated by them. When you find a product you want, just add it to your cart and once you have everything you need, click on the checkout button. Making a payment at MomzLove is secure and simple. You can use any major credit card (we don’t accept debit cards yet – but we’re working on it), PayPal or cash on delivery (COD). You’ll then be asked for your bank details and delivery address. If you’ve registered with MomzLove, you don’t even need to do this as your details will be automatically retrieved when you enter your password. Now you can sit back and leave the rest up to us, as everything is delivered straight to the address of your choice. Delivery takes 1-3 working days in the UAE, 5-7 working days across the MENA region and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.

How do I know what size clothes to buy?

To avoid any confusion, we created a size guide to help you work out which age range you need to buy and give you corresponding heights and weights for every size. It also has a handy conversion chart, so you can work out the size you need in US, UK and European sizes. All our children’s clothes are sized by age, with under-twos in months and over-twos in years. But please remember that sizes do vary by brand and age ranges are only approximate, so if your child’s birth range was significantly above or below average should take this is into consideration when working out what size to buy. In addition to age guides, some children’s clothes come with weight and height guidelines, which are listed in the product specifications when provided by the manufacturer. If you’re shopping for yourself, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that buying maternity wear isn’t as baffling as you thought as most maternity wear allows for your bump to grow to full term- even if you’re expecting triplets! However, if you’ve gone up a dress size then take this into consideration.

How can MomzLove offer cheaper prices than high street stores?

We deal directly with a most of our manufacturers, cutting out the cost of a ‘middle man’. We also save on shop rental and displays (without compromising on super-duper customer service, information and advice. As if that wasn’t enough, all our products are covered by the MomzLove Price Match Guarantee - if you find the same product for cheaper offline, get in touch and we’ll refund the difference straight to your MomzLove account as soon as we’re satisfied our price has been beaten.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN SUBMITTED?

Yes, yes you can. We understand the click-happy nature of our website, so we do indeed offer a generous option to cancel or amend your order within two hours of being placed. After this period however, your order is sent immediately to our warehouses for fulfillment and cannot be changed. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We like to make it as easy as possible for you, which is why we accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as paypal and cash on delivery.

WHEN I PURCHASE AN ITEM, HOW IS IT DELIVERED TO ME?

After finalizing your purchase. All items will then be sent via our partner courier company, who will send you a request for your location and a convenient delivery time. Shipping is free for all orders over 250 AED in Dubai and 350AED in UAE, however if your order is under this threshold or you are based outside of the UAE, shipping costs will be applied to your order at checkout. So, if ever there was an excuse/incentive to shop more, why not take advantage and qualify for complimentary shipping? We make a lot of sense when you think about it. Still have more questions? CAN I RETURN SOMETHING ONCE I’VE RECEIVED IT?

Yes of course and with minimal admin too. All we need you to do is notify us via email of your intent to return your order within 7 days of receiving the item. Then, ensure your item is still in its original packaging and return to us within 7 days of receipt. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team and they can advise you on the process further.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP MY ORDER RETURNS BACK TO MomzLove.com?

We like to be open and honest with our customers about the charges. We'll simply deduct the return shipping costs from your refund, so you don't need to worry about paying at the time of pick up. We offer a courier service to ensure a safe return to MomzLove.com, or you can choose to send the parcel back using your own service. Still have more questions? No problem. HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 6 months.
